  • Q What service does Cheers offer?

    Cheers has an excellent sales team to provide you the pre-sale and after-sales service in 24 hours.
    Cheers has a professional designer team to provide you the customized design.
    Cheers manufactures top quality playground equipment complied.

  • Q Is Cheers equipment safe? Whether the products meet any national standards?

    A Yes. Sure. Cheers equipment is very safe to use. Cheers sells the playground equipment all over the world. Our products are strictly manufactured according to the quality standards of European and American markets. But if some other new standards in certain country, the buyer has responsibility to inform the seller to follow before purchase.

  • Q Can you arrange shipping?

    A Yes. We can help you arrange shipping to your destination sea port or your direct address. We provide one stop service for shipping.

  • Q Does Cheers include installation?

    A Cheers provides installation through our own teams of fully trained and insured installers. However, we appreciate that some customers might like to use their own installation teams under our detailed installation drawing maps. Installation cost is calculated separately.

  • Q How can I place an order?

    A Sign contract--Pay deposit--Production--Pay balance--loading--delivery.

  • Q What about the trade term,payment term and delivery time?

    A
    Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted.  
    Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 80% T/T as deposit, balance paid before loading. You can also choose Trade Assurance in Alibaba. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, credit card, PayPal or cash.
    Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 30 working days.

  • Q Can we choose color of the playground equpiment?

    A Yes, we have a series of colors for your option, welcome to contact our sales department to show you what colors we have.

  • Q How much will it cost for Cheers to make a design for me?

    A Cheers does not charge any fees for customized 3D designs with our models. But if you have special requirements with complicated new models, we will need US$100-US$500 design fees to show both of us are serious about this project.
